• Machine body & base are designed with box shape, suitable for heavy cutting.
• Cross & vertical slideways and column are of one piece casting
• Hardened & ground alloy steel adopted for cross slidways
• The working table is so designed that is can take load up to 1500kgs.
• The saddle is designed to be almost equal to the table length to keep the table free from torsion and deflectoin..
  Even cutting at the extreme end of slideway or cutting a heavy workpiece, the table will not be apt to tilt/deform and still can obtain good cutting face.
• Sufficient distribution of lubricating system. Forced lubricating pump to make lubricant reach all over each part of the machine. Spindle gear & bearing adopts oil bath to lubricate, and slide face is to use of pump for lubricating.
